From backyard smoke to Memphis tables…Slow-smoked roots!

Byars No Bib Ribs LLC is a Memphis-based catering team serving well-seasoned, slow-smoked meats, and homestyle favorites that feel like supper at grandma’s table… every time. Founded in June 2022 by Robert and Trykela Byars. We’ve grown from a family passion into a full-service operation known for generous portions, on-time delivery, and food that tastes like home. Our crowd-pleasing menu ranges from ribs, brisket, and pulled pork to salads, sides, and specialty dishes—including our award-recognized Smoked Chicken Salad, which placed at the Smoked Slam Festival. We’re proud to cook for offices, reunions, churches, and neighborhood events… and just as proud to serve our community by showing up to cook and give back whenever there’s a need.
